Er z\u00e4hlt zu den profilierten Experten f\u00fcr Filmschauspiel und Camera Acting im deutschsprachigen Raum.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"454\" data-end=\"1008\">Ausgebildet am renommierten <strong data-start=\"482\" data-end=\"515\">Max-Reinhardt-Seminar in Wien<\/strong>, arbeitete er als Schauspieler an bedeutenden B\u00fchnen, darunter dem <strong data-start=\"583\" data-end=\"603\">Burgtheater Wien<\/strong>, dem <strong data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"638\">Theater in der Josefstadt<\/strong>, dem <strong data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"670\">Thalia Theater Hamburg<\/strong> und den <strong data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"706\">St\u00e4dtischen B\u00fchnen Bonn<\/strong>. Parallel dazu war er in zahlreichen Film- und Fernsehproduktionen zu sehen, unter anderem im <em data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"809\">Tatort<\/em>, <em data-start=\"811\" data-end=\"828\">Gro\u00dfstadtrevier<\/em>, <em data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"847\">Engel aus Eisen<\/em> und <em data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"869\">Tag der Idioten<\/em>. Dabei arbeitete er mit international renommierten Regisseur:innen wie Giorgio Strehler, Doris D\u00f6rrie, Werner Schroeter und J\u00fcrgen Roland.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1314\">Seit den fr\u00fchen 1990er-Jahren liegt sein Schwerpunkt auf der Arbeit als Schauspielcoach. Nach ersten Engagements als Darsteller-Coach f\u00fcr Studio Hamburg gr\u00fcndete er 1994 in Hamburg das <strong data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1217\">actingcoach.studio<\/strong> \u2013 eines der fr\u00fchen spezialisierten Trainingszentren f\u00fcr Camera Acting im deutschsprachigen Raum.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1591\">Heute verbindet er in seiner Arbeit klassische Schauspielausbildung mit konsequenter Praxisorientierung vor der Kamera. Er l\u00e4sst keine Geste zu, die nicht motiviert ist, keinen Blick, der nicht gef\u00fchlt ist und keinen Satz, kein Wort, das nicht echt und wahrhaftig ist. Das ist toll, denn so kann man sein Spiel vor der Kamera wirklich verbessern. In der ersten Woche gab es viel Training, \u00dcbungen, Improvisationen und Spontan Drehs von kurzen Szenen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Das war eine super Vorbereitung f\u00fcr die zweite Woche, in denen wir dann die gro\u00dfen Demoband Szenen gedreht haben, die wiederum in der Auswahl sehr unterschiedlich sind und so eine gro\u00dfe Bandbreite an Emotionen zeigen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">F\u00fcr die Drehs selbst hatte er genaue Vorstellungen und Ideen zu Setting und Umsetzung. Es gab unheimlich sch\u00f6ne Einstellungen!!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Wir haben uns bei jeder Szene sehr viel Zeit genommen, am Text gearbeitet und genau geprobt. Man bekommt bei Hermann keine halben Sachen. Es wird solange gedreht, bis er \u00fcberzeugt ist, dass er das Beste im Kasten hat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Und er schafft es immer, weil er ein Gesp\u00fcr daf\u00fcr hat, wie er was aus den Schauspielern heraus kitzeln kann. Vor allem, was man NICHT machen soll \ud83d\ude42 also der Kunst des Weglassens..<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Was mir sehr viel Spa\u00df gemacht hat, war das Stuntfighting, aber auch die Entspannung\u00fcbungen. Und auch da ist weniger mehr. Weil Hermann immer alles filmt, kann man es im Nachhinein anschauen, er evaluiert mit dem\/der Gefilmten und erkl\u00e4rt wie man etwas besser oder sch\u00f6ner darstellen kann. So lernt man unheimlich viel. Nicht nur, wie man vor der Kamera aussieht, aber auch, wie man auf Anderen wirkt. Das ist manchmal ganz anders als man denkt!! F\u00fcr das Demoband sucht Hermann mit dem Darsteller nach Szenen und Texten, die passen. W\u00e4hrend des Drehs wird so lange gearbeitet, bis alle Parteien zufrieden sind\u2026 Am Ende vor allem man selbst.
